  3. Is SEWP IV a NASA contract?

    SEWP IV is a contract that supports NASA IT requirements. However it is also a Government Wide Agency Contract (GWAC) that is open for sales to all Federal Government Activities and to Contractors that are employed to support these Activities.

  4. Are there any fees involved when purchasing products or services from ID’s SEWP IV contracts?

    There is a fee of .65% on the total purchase price for any given order. This fee does not apply to orders that total under $2,500 and the fee is capped at $10,000.

  5. I can’t find the IT product that I require on your SEWP IV contract. Is there a way that I can purchase the product that I require through the contract?

    If you don’t find what you need on the contract you should contact ID to make arrangements to have it added to the contract. This can usually be accomplished within 24 hours.

  6. duck printsYour contract contains a large array of IT product offerings. Can services be purchased through the contract as well?

    Yes, along with all the products that are offered services can also be purchased. However, there is a limitation in that services cannot exceed *10% of the total order.

    - Does not include training, installation & maintenance
    - Training - must be product specific & OEM sanctioned
    - Firm fixed price only
